Alan Chaves is a Manager specializing in exterior projects - handling estimates, scheduling, material purchasing, job execution, quality control, and payments for both residential and commercial properties. He loves meeting with customers and advising them on what’s genuinely best for their home or building.
​
Alan started in the field as a roofer and siding labourer before launching his own company, and he brings that hands-on experience to every project. He’s GAF certified, believes in “do it right the first time and you earn a customer forever,” and is known for his friendly leadership style - always encouraging his crews to exceed expectations. Outside of work, you’ll find him reading and looking to connect with people who bring good energy.
Justin Manuel
PROJECT / OPERATIONS MANAGER

Justin Manuel is the Project and Operations Manager at Karga Construction, bringing more than ten years of construction management experience to the team. With a background that includes overseeing operations for a major lumber retailer and managing insurance restoration projects, Justin blends hands-on knowledge with strategic, system-driven thinking. At Karga, he estimates and runs projects, pursues new work, and develops SOPs that strengthen efficiency and consistency across the company.

Outside of work, Justin is grounded by time with family and a love of exploring new places. He enjoys traveling, hiking, and creating memorable experiences - though he admits he’s a bit of a workaholic when he's not out discovering something new. Guided by the belief that “Every job is a self-portrait of the person who does it. Autograph your work with excellence,” Justin brings dedication, accountability, and a people-first mindset to everything he does.
Jacqui Green
MARKETING DIRECTOR

Jacqui is a Marketing Director with 20+ years of experience across homebuilding, nonprofit, hockey, cabinetry, and small-business marketing. She studied Graphic Design and Advertising at the Alberta College of Art & Design, and her career has taken her from building brands in construction and sport to co-creating a wildly successful custom cabinetry company that even secured projects with HGTV celebrities. Today, she partners with a wide range of small businesses at Anderson the Fish bringing a blend of strategic thinking, storytelling, design, and hands-on execution. Her work spans graphic design, social media, strategic planning, meetings, interviews, and shaping every public-facing touchpoint of the brands she supports. At her core, she values Team, Expression, Safety, Kindness, and Self-Respect - principles that guide how she shows up for clients and collaborators every day.
