Justin Manuel is the Project and Operations Manager at Karga Construction, bringing more than ten years of construction management experience to the team. With a background that includes overseeing operations for a major lumber retailer and managing insurance restoration projects, Justin blends hands-on knowledge with strategic, system-driven thinking. At Karga, he estimates and runs projects, pursues new work, and develops SOPs that strengthen efficiency and consistency across the company.

Outside of work, Justin is grounded by time with family and a love of exploring new places. He enjoys traveling, hiking, and creating memorable experiences — though he admits he’s a bit of a workaholic when he's not out discovering something new. Guided by the belief that “Every job is a self-portrait of the person who does it. Autograph your work with excellence,” Justin brings dedication, accountability, and a people-first mindset to everything he does.
Jacqui Green
MARKETING DIRECTOR

Jacqui is a Marketing Director with 20+ years of experience across homebuilding, nonprofit, hockey, cabinetry, and small-business marketing. She studied Graphic Design and Advertising at the Alberta College of Art & Design, and her career has taken her from building brands in construction and sport to co-creating a wildly successful custom cabinetry company that even secured projects with HGTV celebrities. Today, she partners with a wide range of small businesses, bringing a blend of strategic thinking, storytelling, design, and hands-on execution. Her work spans graphic design, social media, strategic planning, meetings, interviews, and shaping every public-facing touchpoint of the brands she supports. At her core, she values Team, Expression, Safety, Kindness, and Self-Respect—principles that guide how she shows up for clients and collaborators every day.

Deeply curious and fueled by genuine connection, Jacqui is passionate about equipping business owners with the confidence to market their companies effectively. She sees herself as a confidence driver—someone who helps entrepreneurs believe in the value they offer and feel supported through every step of their growth. Outside of work, she’s devoted to being the best mom she can be to her girls, loves cold plunging, and embraces experiences that bring expression, resilience, and joy. Even her Myers-Briggs story—taking the test three times and landing perfectly in the middle each time—reflects her unique ability to move between creative, strategic, analytical, and relational spaces with ease. Above all, she loves the people she gets to work with and feels grateful to partner with them in building something meaningful.
